It starts with high-frequency, fixed bulk-material short-haul routes, running its own trucks to accumulate real freight revenue, route rights, data and reference cases, then converts these into cross-OEM single-vehicle L4 capability delivered through an autonomy kit, AI Driver subscription and ongoing operations support for fleets and cargo owners. Within six months of founding the team reached more than 140 people, 124 of them in R&D, with about 76 percent holding master's or doctoral degrees.
